Password change considerations

1. Individuals are responsible for protecting the password and maintaining the confidentiality of the password
2. Should be kept in writing, or posted on a personal computer or terminal screen or other places where it is easy to divulge the secret
3. When there are signs that the user password may be cracked, the password should be changed immediately
